2 Application of the General Conditions of Sale

The order by the Customer implies the acceptance of all these general conditions.

3 Validity of tenders

Our offers are only for consumers with a delivery address.

Items visible on the site are available until stocks are exhausted.

SAS RONDINAUD undertakes to notify by e-mail the Customer who would have placed an order for an unavailable item.

4 Product presentation

Products proposed for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

However, if errors or omissions may have occurred with respect to this presentation, responsibility for the SAS RONDINAUD could not be hired.

5 Product prices

Prices are presented in euros all taxes included for Metropolitan France. The amount of VAT is indicated when selecting a product by the Customer. Should the VAT rate change, these changes may be passed on to the price of the items without the customer being informed beforehand. The SAS RONDINAUD  reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered.

The price of products for countries outside the EEC is converted into administrative costs.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered in countries outside the EEC may be subject to any taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are your responsibility. We are not required to verify and inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. Please note that when ordering from the Site, you are considered to be the official importer and required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the goods. We want our customers to be well aware that cross-border deliveries can be subject to a procedure of opening and inspection by customs authorities.

6 Ordering and Secure Payment

6.1: Payment

The customer validates his order as follows. This validation leads to the acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer interested in an item visible on the website of the SAS RONDINAUD follows the following process to establish its order. After clicking on the "confirm" icon and after checking the specifics of its order (color, quantity, size, price, etc.), the customer validates the choice of the product(s) selected by clicking.

On the first order, the customer has a form to fill out containing the following information: civility, surname, first name, full delivery address, email, date of birth, telephone number. On this occasion the customer creates his password.

The customer has the option to pay by credit card directly on the website or by Paypal. After selecting and validating its payment method, the customer definitively and irrevocably validates his order with the following effects.

Payment by credit card on the site :
The Customer validates its delivery and billing address, the product and the total price. He provides his credit card number associated with the expiry date and CVX code. It finally validates its order by clicking the "Confirm" button

Payment by Paypal :
The customer accesses his Paypal account by clicking on the "Pay with Paypal" link and makes the payment of his order.

6.2: Failure to pay

La SAS RONDINAUD reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not paid in whole or in part a previous order or with whom a payment dispute would be pending administration.

6.3: Audit of Payments

The SAS RONDINAUD  controls all commands that have been validated on its site. These controls are designed to protect the SAS RONDINAUD  abusive practices by fraudsters. Our services may be required to ask you for all the necessary documents to unlock your order: proof of domicile or debit in your name, or proof of domicile in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address etc... These requests will be made by e-mail.

7 Security of payments

To ensure the security of payments by credit card, the the SAS RONDINAUD  uses the bank's secure payment service CREDIT MUTUEL. This service incorporates the SSL security standard. Confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number as well as the expiry date, CVX code) are transmitted directly to the bank's server without passing through the physical media of the server the SAS RONDINAUD .

When the command is validated: The payment request is routed in real time on the secure telepayment manager. He sends an application for authorisation to the credit card network. The Telepayment Manager shall issue an electronic certificate which shall be proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.

8 Identification

The Customer has already made a purchase on the website of the SAS RONDINAUD may choose a password allowing it, in subsequent orders, not to have to re-fill the pre-order forms.

The Customer already registered is recognized on the site as a customer of the SAS RONDINAUD. The password that the customer benefits from the SAS RONDINAUD is strictly confidential and personal. Under no circumstances should it be disclosed or communicated to anyone.

In case the customer the SAS RONDINAUD had lost or forgotten his password, it is incumbent upon him to notify the site manager very soon the SAS RONDINAUD which will issue him within 48 hours a new password which will automatically replace the old one. In order to facilitate the identification of the Customer by the simultaneous provision of the e-mail address and password, the Customer expressly authorizes the SAS RONDINAUD to deposit on the client's hard drive a "cookie" file whose sole purpose is to facilitate such identification.

9 Delivery

The maximum delivery time is thirty (30) days. In case of force majeure, the SAS RONDINAUD cannot be responsible for the delay in delivery.

Orders are "generally" shipped within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of the order – except leave period.

9.1. Metropolitan France, Corsica, Luxembourg and Belgium

Metropolitan France / Corsica :

  • Standard home delivery without signature or in withdrawal point (Colissimo)

  • Time limit provided by the Post Office (excluding time required to prepare the order): 48 working days

  • Cost of delivery Home : 6.00 € VAT for one pair – Free from 2 pairs, delivered to the same address

  • Cost of delivery Point Relay : 4.00 € VAT for one pair – Free from 2 pairs, delivered to the same address

Belgium:

  • Standard home delivery (Colissimo)

  • Time limit provided by the Post Office (excluding time required to prepare the order): 72 working hours.

  • Cost of delivery : 9.00 € TTC – 4,50 € from 2 pairs, delivery to the same address

Luxembourg:

  • Standard home delivery (Colissimo)

  • Time limit provided by the Post Office (excluding time required to prepare the order): 72 working hours.

  • Delivery cost = 13.00 € TTC – 10 € from 2 pairs, delivery to the same address

La SAS RONDINAUD is not responsible for a delay during delivery. Any order placed on the Site and delivered in ALL COUNTRIES OUT OF ZONE EU may be subject to any taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are your responsibility. We are not required to verify and inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. 10 After-sales service

10.1: Exchange/repayment procedure

All items purchased on the website of the SAS RONDINAUD may be exchanged or refunded. To be accepted, returns must meet the following characteristics:

- Never have been worn inside or outside. The product must be in a new state

- Be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition (without marks, scotch, staples ...).

La SAS RONDINAUD  reserves the right to reship the goods if it considers any deterioration.

The customer has 14 days on receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product to the SAS RONDINAUD, Chemin de la zone industrielle, 16110 La Rochefoucauld-En-Angoumois.

(Christmas gifts / Christmas holidays: an additional period will be granted in case of exchange for Christmas gifts. It will be possible to return the articles to us until 15 January, provided you inform us before the SAS RONDINAUD by mail or telephone)

For better processing of requests, the product is to be returned accompanied by a word specifying the name and order number and the follow-up to the return ».

The customer can also contact the SAS RONDINAUD by email or telephone to inform him of the return.

The cost of return shall be borne by the customer, the SAS RONDINAUD will support the re-shipment of the replacement product.

Refund: The customer has 14 days from the day after receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product(s) to the SAS RONDINAUD , Chemin de la zone industrielle, 16110 La Rochefoucauld-En-Angoumois.

Upon receipt and within 14 days, the SAS RONDINAUD proceed with the refund of the order. The refund will be made by credit to the customer's bank account or Paypal. The return fee is the responsibility of the customer.

10.2: Purchase from another trader

We only guarantee after-sales service for items sold on our website.

In case of purchase other than on our site, we invite you to contact the merchant in order to know his commercial policy and his return terms.

10.3: Return procedure for defects

11 Processing of packages not delivered by our transport provider

11.1: Returns due to NPAI:

These are the packages returned by the delivery provider under the mention: Do not live in the Address Indicated.

After receiving and accepting your parcel by our services, the SAS RONDINAUD contact the customer to return his order if the product is still available.

La SAS RONDINAUD reserves the right to refund the order (value of the goods without the port) and not to return it if several NPAIs are identified.

11.2: Returns due to "NO RECLAME":

These are packages that have not been claimed by the customer at the Post Office, or at the Relay within the specified time limits. After receiving and accepting your parcel by our services, the SAS RONDINAUD contact the customer to return his order if the product is still available. the SAS RONDINAUD reserves the right to refund the order and not to return it if several "NO RECLAME" are identified.

12 Liability

For all steps of access to the site, consultation, filling out forms, ordering, delivery of articles or any other service, the company the SAS RONDINAUD has only one obligation of means. As a result, responsibility for the SAS RONDINAUD cannot be committed for all the disadvantages or damage inherent in the use of the Internet and totally outside the diligences and precautions taken by the SAS RONDINAUD.

In particular, any disruption in the provision of the service, or any outside intrusion or presence of computer viruses, shall not be liable for any the SAS RONDINAUD. Similarly, any act described as force majeure within the meaning of the case-law of the Court of Cassation completely exempts the SAS RONDINAUD any responsibility. Customers benefit from the guarantees granted by the brands present on the site.
